Officer Kwasi Ofori Appiah lauds Queen mothers Foundation for preaching peace ahead of Election 2020

Officer Kwasi Ofori Appiah , a Sergeant in the Ghana Police Service and founder of Watch your Tongue Campaign has lauded the Queen Mother’s Foundation during their recent official luanch of ” Queen Mother’s for Peace for election 2020″ in collaboration with Hot fm .

The watch your Tongue campaigner expressed his readiness to partner all peace campaigners and was happy to be invited as a special guest to address Ghanaians on the need for peace before, during and after the elections.

According to him the Queen mothers have shown signs of quality leadership and home keepers where children and the general public can live in peace.
He further stated that, in other to maintain peace in Ghana,”we can’t live peacefully without involving women and children in decision making. Traditionally, women are consulted when choosing a chief and every chief needs a queen mother to make your rule successful and peaceful” he quoted.

He again advised all Ghanaians to adopt the think Right , speak Right,Act right and Write right concept in putting up a good behavior. According to him, some people have lost respect and some have now gotten themselves in trouble all because they did not choose their words well when speaking.

”I advise every Ghanaian, young and old to safeguard what they say or write on all social media platforms.let’s use words that binds us together irrespective of ones tribe, religion and political differences. Action speaks Louder than words”.

Officer Kwasi Ofori Appiah advised all media houses to be neutral in their reportage and be mindful of what they write.

He also pleaded with the government to assist all peace campaigners like the Queen Mother’s Foundation and Watch your Tongue to motivate them send the peaceful message across the nation.
Officer Kwasi Ofori Appiah bringing his message to an end said ,Watch your Tongue has launched a project dubbed “Help maintain Ghana’s Peace ” which aims at maintaining Peace and Unity among Ghanaians before, during and after the 2020 general elctions.
